Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday

). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery: We partner with local fulfillment centers (including Amazon logistics) to ensure fast delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 3 - 7 business days

Germany: 4 - 8 business days

United Kingdom: 5 - 9 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Return & Refund Policy
At Karbor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or an incorrect item sent by us, Karbor will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong model, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
