What payment methods do you accept, and is my payment information secure?


We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, as well as PayPal.

Payments on Karbor are processed through a secure system to protect your personal and financial data.

How long will it take to receive my Karbor hotspot device?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country for your Karbor device.


  • Tracked shipping: 10–14 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–5 business days

What are the shipping costs for Karbor devices?

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?


Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees once the devices arrive in the destination country outside the United States. These charges are not covered by us, and customers are responsible for paying any applicable import fees.

Can I return my Karbor device?

Our return policy is straightforward. You can return the Karbor device(s) you purchased within 30 days of dispatch by following the guidelines below.


  • If your Karbor device is still under warranty, please contact the channel where you made your purchase.

  • If your device is out of warranty, or if you need further assistance, please email service@karbor.shop with your order number.

Before Returning

Many common issues can often be resolved by simply restarting your Karbor hotspot:


  • Data not syncing with the app

  • Device unresponsive

  • Device won’t turn on after charging

  • Connection failures

  • Unsatisfactory network performance

Return Process

To return your device, please follow these steps. The Karbor device must be undamaged and returned in its original condition:


  1. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

  2. Include a copy of the receipt (or the original).

  3. Ship the package using your preferred shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

How to Rent a Karbor WiFi

Enter your destination(s) and select your preferred data plan.
Choose your activation start and end dates. The activation start date is when you want your WiFi service to begin. For example, if you’re traveling to Europe and want WiFi from the day you arrive, select that day as your activation start date. Please note that activation times follow Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Select a shipping method and allow enough time for delivery.
Complete your payment.
Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How to Use Your Karbor WiFi

Charge the device fully before first use.
Power on the device and wait about 1 minute. If the device is set up with a data plan, it will automatically locate a mobile network and connect.
Find the WiFi hotspot name and password printed on the back of the device.
Connect to the network by selecting the hotspot name from your available WiFi networks and entering the password.

Rental Activation Date

Q: Is the activation date when I start using the device or the date I receive it?

The activation date refers to when you want your WiFi service to begin. Your order will be delivered before your selected start date, so you can start using it on time.

If you need the device earlier than planned, please contact us to arrange expedited shipping.

What if my order arrives after I’ve left for my trip?


We apologize for any inconvenience. We strive to ensure your device arrives before your departure. However, if you do not receive the device in time for your trip, we will provide a full refund.

Can I change the shipping address or other details for my order?

We’re happy to help update your shipping address or extend your rental period!

Please email our customer care team at service@karbor.shop with your order number and the updated information as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped.

What devices are compatible?


Our WiFi hotspot works with any Wi-Fi enabled device, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets. You can connect up to 10 devices simultaneously.
